to the success of the company. We have a strict policy prohibiting retaliation against any employee who makes a good faith report of an ethics matter.

That includes operating our business in a responsible and lawful manner.

products. We will conduct our business in a manner consistent with the well-being of the
communities in which we work and of those who buy and use our products. We strive to
make positive contributions to the communities and to sell high-quality products to our
customers. We are also committed to compliance with environmental, health, and safety laws and require the same commitment to be made of our suppliers. Teledyne recognizes the importance of environment and natural resources and encourages our employees to embrace our responsibility to society when using and planning the use of natural resources.
